So my great plans for SGD are on the backburner for a week or so. Just found out I’m going on a roadtrip to visit some friends and I know they would chuck a major fit at me not eating their food while I’m there. However I did complete the first day of SGD; I was over by about 100 calories but burnt it off with the help of my trusty step-machine.
While I’m there I will still be making my normal goal of eating somewhere between 800-1200 calories each day depending on exercise. Exciting stuff!
I have wanted to post this for a while. I have a gap between my thighs and this is how I did it.
1. Grand plies in 2nd position. 20 a day. Look it up if you don’t know what it is. You should feel it in your inner thighs.
2. No more sugar. It turns into solid fat.
3. Walk briskly for 30 minutes…
I have my method of getting “the gap” on my page. But this looks fun!
